The following is the list of vegetable product we are currently cycling:

Eco-Rich Farms Lettuce

Mini Romaine Lettuce / Dragoon

True, green, mini romaine. Compact and uniform. Leaves are thick and have an excellent crisp texture. Heads are very dense, hold well in the field, and can be attractively marketed with mini red romaines.

Mini Romaine Lettuce / Breen

True compact, red, mini romaine. Breen forms a very compact mini head early. The short plant averages 8" tall and is very slow to become oversized. Color is a medium bronze red. Though best for mini heads, it can also be used as a medium red baby leaf.

Summer Crisp Lettuce / Cherokee

Darkest red leaves for mini-head or full-size production. Thick, crisp, dark red leaves with good flavor. Similar appearance to Magenta except much darker red color, though not quite as sweet. Large, upright, brilliant, deep red heads deliver a crunchy, nutty flavor that is among the best of all lettuces.

Summer Crisp Lettuce / Nevada

Bright green leaves form dense, closed heads. Resists tipburn, bottom rot, and bolting, and its great flavor stays mild. Heavy heads.

Oak Leaf Lettuce / Tango

Three dimensional green Oakleaf. Deeply lobed leaves with curled margins are a standard for adding texture to salad mix.

Oak Leaf Lettuce / Panisse

Compact full-size heads with disease resistance. The large, lime-green, lobed oak leaves have excellent flavor. Best for early or late plantings, but suitable for summer in the north.

Oak Leaf Lettuce / Oscarde

Compact, economical, full-size red oakleaf. Attractive, lobed leaves are deep cherry-red, turning bright green toward the dense, tender heart.

Oak Leaf Lettuce / Blackhawk

Dark red for indoor greenhouse baby leaf production. Indoors, Blackhawk rated as our darkest redleaf. Outdoors, the color is similar to Firecracker. Ruffled leaves add loft to mixes.

Oak Leaf Lettuce / Muir

The most heat tolerant lettuce. Muir is an extremely heat tolerant variety and was the slowest to bolt in our summer trials. Technically a Batavian type, the light green, extra wavy leaves form dense heads at a small size and can be harvested as a mini or left to bulk up into large, heavy, full-size heads. The leaves are crisp and have excellent flavor.

Eco-Rich Farms Herbs

Dill (Gold Krone)

Fresh and dried dill leaves are widely used as herbs in Germany, Greece, Poland, Finland, Norway, Sweden, the Baltic, Russia, and central Asia. The fernlike leaves of dill are aromatic and are used to flavor many foods such as fish dishes, soups, and pickles. Dill is best when used fresh as it loses its flavor rapidly if dried.

Parsley (Curled)

Improved selection on the standard moss curled parsley. This culinary standard is easy to grow and tolerates light frost. The uniform, dark green, medium-fine curled leaves can be used as a garnish or a salad or entree ingredient

Basil (Genovese)

Classic Italian variety. Authentic flavor and appearance. Tall and relatively slow to bolt with large, dark green leaves about 3" long. Ht. 24-30".

Cilantro (Santo)

Standard cilantro. Santo is a slow-bolting selection grown for its leaves.

Eco-Rich Farms Onions

Harvested for their taste, they are milder than most onions. They may be cooked or used raw as a part of salads, salsas, or Asian recipes. Diced scallions are used in soup, noodle and seafood dishes, as well as sandwiches, curries or as part of a stir fry. In many Eastern sauces, the bottom half-centimetre (quarter-inch) of scallion roots is commonly removed before use.

Eco-Rich Farms Chard

Bright Light Swiss Chard

Pink-veined baby leaves are excellent in salad mix. At full size, the narrow pink stems and smooth leaves have a mild flavor. Swiss chard is not only one of the most popular vegetables along the Mediterranean but it is one of the most nutritious vegetables around.

Eco-Rich Farms Kale

Starbor Kale

For "one-cut" harvest. The finely curled, dark blue-green leaves can be harvested with one cut instead of being stripped off the plant individually, as kale is traditionally harvested. The compact plants, produce leaves that are very uniform, resist yellowing, and have good flavor.

Toscano Kale

Italian heirloom. Lacinato or "dinosaur" type. Unique leaf type: extra-dark green, noncurled but heavily blistered (savoyed). Rich, tender leaves have a softer texture than curly green kales.

Eco-Rich Farms Greens

Gourmet salad and sandwich vegetable.

Red Veined Sorrel

Flashy sorrel for salads. Bright green leaves with contrasting dark maroon stems and veins add color and taste to salad mix. Same sharp, tangy flavor as regular sorrel.

Red Komatsuna

Dark maroon leaves with bright green undersides. Beautiful addition to salads or micro mix. Upright plants with rounded leaves and green stems. Color will be darker when sown in summer and harvested in fall.

Spicy arugula flavor. Purple stems and dark green leaves.
